What a gorgeous day the Lord has given us,
I do believe the "stiff north wind" coming off the water, could make a runny nose turn to icicles!! 
These are pic's from Mount Young, beautiful San Juans, how the Lord has blessed us to enjoy this beautiful place, I don't believe we could ever tire of the serenity,beauty,quietness,peacefulness,placidity! 
Dad and I cherish each day the Lord allows us to have, I want to thank all of you who take the time to lift us up before the Lord, taking the time to check on us,'"you must know!" how grateful we are, it blesses us so much, thank you. May the Lord richly Bless you you all, Thank you Lord Jesus for how you show us your love through People.

As I woke up this morning, once again I hear the words that ring out every morning from my Husbands lips,                            "THE LORD GAVE US ANOTHER DAY"
I respond yes He did, I walk to his side of the bed rearrange his blankets,tuck him in, kiss him, he says I'll be down in a minute, "that can mean an hour or two depending on how tired he is",
I put the coffee on, and sit with the Lord. Today Dad was down in minutes which was nice,we begin reading this Love letter of endless  Wisdom, Knowledge,  "I love all who love me, Those who search will surely find me. For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the Lord, But those who miss me injures themselves, all who hate me love death. You see we have this beautiful freedom to drink the living water daily to fill our bodies with this incredible bread of life, it is waiting every minute of everyday to give us the strength we need for the day,I have to tell you as Dad and I sit waiting upon the Lord drawing from His endless fountain of richness, deepening our roots in Christ Jesus, falling more and more in Love with our heavenly Father. We realize we are absolutely NOTHING without Jesus! We are so needy, we really are!  The Lord has plans and purposes for us and only by His strength and by His anointing can we accomplish them! Jesus is the "only one" who can fill that Need! We cry out Lord draw near to us as we draw near to you.
O God have your way and WILL in our lives, {Spiritual deep house cleaning}
Bring me all who claim me as their God, for I have made them for my Glory,It is I who created them.
There is no other God-----there never has been and there never will be. I yes I am the Lord and yes there is no other Savior. From eternity to eternity I am God. No one can snatch anyone out of my hand no one can undo what I have done. There is no one like our Lord God.  We Bless you Lord.

What a Glorious Day!

With God ALL things are possible!
Those that trust in the Lord he shall renew there strength, they will soar high on wings of eagles, they will run and not be weary,they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:31

Dad and I took a little walk around the marina today just to stretch our legs, it was so peaceful,  all the crowds are gone and there is nothing but the seals,seagulls,and quiet waters.We enjoy just taking it all in, Dad did good and about half way in our walk He was fighting a seizure,
"asked the Lord to push this seizure back",and not let it come to fruition, "Praise His Name" he did just that! we finished our walk and I brought Dad home,I then went to the store and as I came off the street, I look over and  flying right beside me is an eagle --Just like above,--He not only was flying beside me "He flew in front of me" on the street as if he was leading the way...................I just Looked at the Lord and started laughing,............
what He showed me right then was Isaiah 40:31.......... I couldn't help but sing ,praise and worship,thank Him, for how sweet and precious He consistently is. "He set that up just for me"!  Whahooooooooooo!

What beauty, power and freedom as they soar...........
We had a good day Praise the Lord!
Rejoice always, Pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will in Christ Jesus...............Thank you for your Prayers over us,

Rain Rain Rain,Love the Rain

Incredibly beautiful this time of year, I love the winters,I truly enjoy watching the animals come out, interesting to watch. We had 3 different bucks on the property at once,I walked out side to throw some green waste the Buck was just standing there the biggest one, I thought that's strange,usually they scadoot, then I saw mama's head pop up and it hit me {mating season} each buck has his gal staked out!
I'd never seen this..... I told um "yer on safe ground"...... Apples anyone? I don't think I'll ever get tired of this life style,so peaceful,the Lord is so good I love His design,and creation,He is Masterful!
Do you know when the wild goats give birth? Have you watched as deer are born in the wild?
Do you know how many months they carry their young? Are you aware of the time of their delivery?
They crouch down to give birth to their young and deliver their off spring. Their young grow up in the open fields then leave home and never return. Job 39: 1-4
I never tire of reading God's Holy perfect word, every time I open His word He reveals Himself more and more, all knowing all wise, all power I Love Our Father,O How we Love Jesus,He get's sweeter and sweeter everyday. These days have been sweet as Dad has been getting much rest, Our Lord is so good to keep His body strong, His mind sharp, Him clear minded, it doesn't matter how many bad days Dad has,
we are so thankful for the good days,
{the bad days fade quickly}. As we walk this walk the Lord has purposed us to walk in, we trust Him as fully as we know how according to what His word shows us-----on the Out side you would never know this Man has Brain cancer,but this nasty disease finds many different ways to attack Ron's body. We just keep pressing in trusting the Lord greater and greater,for "WHO HE IS"  we know the Lord has the power to do what ever "He Will's" over our lives,
We endure the little hills,--we over come the little obstacles,-- we try not to focus on the struggles that come, but more than all that------magnify the Lord high and lifted up-----knowing He is who will help us over come each struggle, trial, obstacle!   do we crumble?------Sometimes like saltine crackers,
the Lord is our strength, and His grace is sufficient. 
Opportunity is always waiting in every trial, so for now---  we Fight the good fight!
Keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our Faith. We were not promised is would be easy!
God's promise to us is He is always with us,we are never alone! We Bless you all for your prayers we love you.

Today we are thankful for having opportunity to enjoy what the Lord has blessed us with---- Life!
And such beautiful Healthy Grand babies, we take nothing for granted these days...........
As Ron and I worked around the House,we couldn't help but be so thankful, To have the beauty of the waters right at our feet, the Islands that surround us,the awesome landscape in the heavens, a sweet friend passing on the waters, taking the time to notice all that the Lord has allowed us to enjoy----taking in the simpler pleasures of just enjoying roaming the yard, watching an eagle fly over, the sound of the water lapping against the shore,Thank you Sweet Jesus, 
Dad loves puttsin around walking the property, He was starting the burn pile when I walked over to Him I saw that He was not doing good, I asked Him if he was alright and he said He was fighting a seizure,I hugged Him and started praying over Him,asking the Lord to cover Him, asking the Lord to give Dad his strength, comforting Him and resting upon him to calm his body from going into seizure, Our Father is so good to answer prayer at a heart beats notice, Ron sat down and rested after a while he looked better,it just takes so much out of him........
He was done!!!!!! Dad is getting tired more frequently,sleeping more,weaker on his left side,Today His headache is the worst so far, He very miserable, He's been sleeping for hours. 
{"We thank you greatly if you think and pray for us"},
we glorify the Lord no matter how hard a day can be,The Lord comforts us when days are hard, He cares for us when the body can't take no more,
He so consistently is ever faithful when we call on His name, Dad and I can't help but look up, we can only take Him at His Word and live each day He has ordained our lives to walk this Brain cancer , trusting the Lord is our greatest Joy,He knows what holds the next minute,hour,day....etc......Trusting in the Lord is not an option in our Home! we are daily finding more understanding of the difficulties that will "challenge us" with Dad's Brain Cancer, we know we are not alone! we are allowing the Lord to be in charge of our lives, "not that He needs our permission", but we give Him permission to have His way and will in our lives---there is a difference!  Lord knows how to work the things in our life that causes everything to work together for our good He says to those "who love Him" are called according to His purpose ....The Lord call's us into fellowship with His Son Jesus Christ"  Dad and I know that Our Lord is for us.............."we trust Him"------------He lavishes  His kindness on us daily, no doubt about this............We just can't help but tell Him thank you and acknowledge Him 1st for always being there for us --------  
3 years ago when I thought Dad was a having a stoke in the meadow,which now was a major seizure-------{because of his brain tumor}---- I told Him sit down---don't move I'm calling an ambulance,
"He said no don't leave me"! 
I grabbed Him and held Him tightly and with all the fear that was racing through me I looked up and screamed O God help us........... Please O God Help us........and with in minutes Dad's body calmed down out of the seizure..............Jesus is our all in all-------------------I know- no one-- 
more beautiful,compassionate,loving,more kind,gentle,tender,understanding than Jesus.................when we look to the world we will be perplexed, and at a loss----looking to Jesus is our whole Salvation...
Psalms 90:17 Let the sweetness of Lord Jehovah our God be upon us, because of the works of his hands which he has fashioned for us, and he formed us among the work of his hands!

How bout a little knowledge on your brain---- 
Our brain is the center of the nervous system, Our brains help us interact with the world around us. All of our senses (vision, hearing, taste, smell, and touch) are processed through the brain. We may touch things with our fingers and smell with our noses, but it is only through brain activity that we can make sense of what we touch or smell. It tells us something is red, sour, hot, loud, fragrant, pleasurable, or painful. The brain's ability to help us understand and make sense of our environment is crucial for our survival. The brain also controls how we respond to our surroundings.The brain is intimately involved in all aspects of our day-to-day living. It operates in everything we do, from simple tasks like watching television, to complex tasks like rocket science. The brain takes in information from the environment, analyzes it, and gives us a plan of action for dealing with that information. Within the brain, there are areas specialized for certain jobs, but all of these parts work together to produce the whole. A "problem in one small part" of the brain" can have {"big consequences"} So Imagine having something the size of an apple in your Brain that should not be there! O God thank you for having such mercy!

Being watchful,alert,aware!

As I sit by the fire watching my Husband sleep I ponder the things I have read over and over in God's precious word. Be watchful,stay alert,be aware! If you haven't noticed, the Lord repeats Himself over and over on key things to get our attention, the key is are we paying attention?
Do we stop and examine and take notice why he repeats what He says'!
I look at how our Heavenly Father warned the Israelite's repeatedly "warning" them first.............
Moses and Aron pleading interceding on behalf of the people, Moses telling the people---this is how you will know that the Lord has sent me to do all these things I have done---for I have not done them on my own---------Interesting this is what Jesus said I tell you the Truth the Son can do nothing by himself, He does only what He sees the Father doing, whatever the father does the son does also John 5:19 Also in John 12:50
I say what ever the Father tells me to say--------"God's words lift right off the pages"
Father God is slow to anger,full of compassionate love,this is so evident!
But Father God also gives us a choice......................to follow, obey, apply, trust, depend, commit,have a heart pliable to change by His refining fire, yielding our self centered goals,Ideas,plans,activities to His way, and will! What is our daily choice? because that's exactly what it is!
we jeopardize our fellowship and walk and prayer life!
God's word clearly says an un-repented heart He does not hear! We can not fool God---
11 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, {who are called by my name} will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, {then I will hear from heaven and forgive their sin and heal their land-----I'd say that's pretty clear to me---------
God's word says to "me" make a choice---------
who's side are you on? "the side of the Lord's" or     the worlds...........there is no middle ground,,,,,,,,,
He made this so clear over and over to the Israelite's, and to us His Church.
"God just killed um! "Dead! "swallowed up, plaques,"burned up! you name it!!!!!! or read it!!!!!
O My goodness! What makes us any different?
We are more concerned about our physical condition our flesh---than our Spiritual condition.....
We can escape this pattern only buy paying attention to all the signs of the Lord's presence that we have been given to us.
O God you have guided and protected us, you continually answer prayer, if we only open our blind eyes and look at the History we have with you..........O Father keep us alert in prayer,watchful in your word,keeping our minds and hearts aware and sensitive to the subtleties that will creep in if we are not spiritually equipped by your word and Prayer,
if we don't make an intentional effort to be in your word, how can we feed on the very morsels and nuggets you have hidden in plain sight and be in  your presence. O God were in trouble your Church at large is in big trouble...............
Press your Church in Lord Jesus one by one giving them a greater desire to sit with you one on one!
Lord Jesus where we are most vulnerable keep us shored up with your defenses through prayer defeating the enemies tactics, schemes, manipulations,deception, Jesus you tell us through your word "stay awake"!
"morally vigilant", "pray till we pray" O God may we encourage one another in your ways may our conversations become more intentional about you,open our spiritual eyes O God we can't afford to be spiritually unfit,we are seeing the church your bride get picked off one by one,on the battle field! Wake up! For it is impossible to bring back to repentance  those who were once enlightened,those who have experienced the good things of heaven and shared in the Holy Spirit,who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the power of the age to come, and then who turn away from you O God, It is impossible to bring such people back to repentance by rejecting the Son of God, they themselves are nailing Him to the cross once again and holding Him up to public shame.Oh God you call us by Name...............You stand at the hearts door knocking waiting-------------and you are the one who closes the door----------Lord! Lord! we did all these things in your name! But the door will be shut-------O God deal with the condition of our hearts, for your redemption is drawing nigh.Set us apart----- for you alone-----O God help us to be self controlled, alert ,diligent, vigilant, watchful, mindful, aware, for we know we have an enemy who wants to take us down,,distract us, trip us up, take our eyes off of you----------Father keep us of one mind sympathizing with each other,filled with your Love, tender hearted, keeping a humble attitude, O Father that we would love you with all of our heart mind soul and strength. I Love you Lord, I Love how you will bend down to hear the plea and cry of your Church, your bride, Bless you Lord with all my soul.
We continually ask for the prayers of God's people to be over us as we endure and over come each day,that the Lord would continue to show Himself through our Marriage,that the Lord would be Glorified in every way as we walk through what He has purposed in our lives.
We all have aches and pains sore muscles,achy joints,headaches, tiredness, weakness, mental sluggishness at times, but when caused by  "Brain Cancer" all these symptoms are occurring at once, we pay more attention, were more alert, more watchful, more aware, to the symptoms knowing what may follow.
Dad and I are so grateful and thankful for each day the Lord gives us to hem in close to Himself,strengthening us each day through His word and prayer,realizing this world is not our home! But while we are still here we stay firmly planted,steadfast in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Not to us O Lord ! Not to us but to your Name we give Glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and faithfulness Ps 115

Living with a Brain Tumor!

With God ALL things are possible!
O My Where does one begin? How do you explain your Man is slowly deteriorating before your very eyes? Each day has its own challenges, most days we coast right along with out a glitch, going about our daily business, "then! we are "blatantly reminded" we have an "intruder vying for position" over Dad's brain! 
This Brain Tumor will stop at nothing to "violate His thinking", "His motor skills", "His speech", 
"His bodily functions", doing the simplest tasks can become very frustrating, 
Having an understanding of what Dad is going through is very important  in that there are symptoms that are evident in His behavior, attitude, body, {"I have never had to live with a brain tumor"}! 
Seizures are a common initial symptom of Brain tumors. Dad's seizures are now turning into 
{grand mal } seizures, limited to only a portion of the his body (for example, involuntary shaking of one arm or leg) His face, and  throat  uncontrollably  re flexing, contracting, causing the jaw to bear down with great force, restricting air flow to breath, total loss of speech and numbness on his left side of  face causing total paralysis during the seizure.
He has bitten his tongue from lack of feeling, he's having  trouble finding the correct words to express his thoughts, loss of initiative, tired, moodiness and irritable when around to many people, we're finding that crowds are becoming overwhelming, these things are becoming more prevalent! The other day we went on a boat ride after having company over the weekend,  my husband was struggling, he was done............
I realize more today that Ron's safe zone is Home! {"To protect people from Ron and to protect Ron from people"}!  for a lack of understanding! 

My Love and responsibility is to my Husband,     "The simpler our life the better".
I now realize it has been going in this direction slowly, the Lord has His ways of getting our attention and keeping our eyes on Him, the question is are we paying attention? And are we responding to His calling? 
I can honestly say, Jesus is constantly keeping us hemmed in closer and closer to Himself, our daily walk gets sweeter and sweeter each day,as we choose to seek the Lord  through His word and prayer,
we absolutely could not do this with out our Faith and Trust in God alone,
"what strength"! The Lord gives us to endure each struggle and overcome the trials that grows our faith greater each day in Him , it doesn't matter how hard things will get,we know our comforter is covering us! 
We pray for a miracle of healing,--------- but I would have to say the greatest miracle is the healing from the inside out that is happening in my Man! 
God gives us "this life" this side of heaven to get "all" of our life in order, "everything has to go"!"no stones" left UN turned--! before we meet Him face to face- we take up our cross and follow Jesus!
we understand this more today in our lives---- 
"it took a brain tumor"--- I suppose, to "excel" this understanding, 
{it's a daily discipline to come into agreement with God's will,word and ways} to live life any other way would be spiritual suicide and great loss! We make a choice,-------with Him---with out Him---
when we stand before Jesus this life is over! opportunities to change our life or make it right are final,done! We say have thine own way Lord, your the Potter we are the clay! 

Each day we’re confronted with situations that require a discerning spirit. We live in a world that mixes truth with error and attempts to blur the line between good and evil. But as children of God, we can be protected from deception. By knowing the Father’s purpose for our lives—and walking in the "center of His will"—we’ll learn to recognize the choices that are best and most pleasing to Him. Thankfully, everything we need
for spiritual discernment is available through the Holy Spirit’s guidance, the written Word of God, and Prayer 
when we acknowledge our Lord Jesus, the One who leads us in all truth,-----
we begin to stop looking to the {left and to the right} and walk  the straight path---- the Lord has already made straight.
What a privilege to know we have such a big God,  we can lay our hearts bare before Him, share our deepest concerns, know nothing is to hard for the Lord ,nothing surprises Him about our weaknesses.our frailty 
O Father your unfailing love is too wonderful, You take care of  us, Your mercy is so plentiful. Your love is better than life, and as long as we have breath our lips will glorify, honor and praise you Father. "Your grace is all we need, it is sufficient. Your power works best in our weakness."  What a friend we have in Jesus Bless  you Lord

A CONSPIRACY OF INTERRUPTIONS

I wanted to share, what was shared with me, 

All hell quakes at the effectual, fervent prayer of a single believer. The

powerful praying of just one intercessor sounds like raging thunder in the
caverns of the damned. Not one inch of space in hell remains unaffected by a
believer who denies himself, takes up his cross, and follows Christ with his
whole heart.

Yet, we must remember: The soul that cries out with agonizing yearnings for
depth in Christ will become the central focus of Satan's conspiracy of
interruptions.

A pastor wrote to me, saying, "My greatest battle is not with some secret sin of the flesh but with maintaining a consistent life of prayer and study in
God's Word! Satan rarely tempts me with sexual sin, but he gets me so busy with the daily affairs of life that my times for prayer and study are crowded out. I don't allow this to happen intentionally but I get caught up in all kinds of projects and interruptions. This cycle is repeated over and over and Satan is robbing me of my time with God."

Like millions of other sincere Christians, this dear pastor is the victim of a
demonic conspiracy of interruptions. And the devil's chief target in these
attacks is the secret closet of prayer. So, how does the devil keep believers
out of this fearsome, secret place? Does he entice with erotic images, soothing thoughts of escape through alcohol or drugs, or dreams of fame and prosperity?

No, never! The devil knows that the person in union with Christ will not be
tempted by such vulgarity. Instead, the old fox seeks to interrupt and hinder a
believer's every attempt to enter the presence of God and study His Word.

Communion in prayer and the study of God's Word cannot be optional. Your
thought should not be merely that you ought to pray but that you cannot survive without prayer. Job declared, "I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food" (Job 23:12).

Only when prayer becomes important enough will you make the time to do it!

Today I picked Black Berry's Who likes Black Berry's? Who know's what you may have to go through to get those berry's? Berry wounds! Thorn's, lot's of thorns, big one's tiny ones,sharp ones, big vines ripping at your skin, tiny vines entangling you when you walk, 
prick here! ouch! there.....And sometimes you stretch so far to get those berry's that may not get picked if you don't give that extra stretch! And last but not least you can pick a bucket full of Berry's and slip off the ladder and loose them all!
Well I geared myself up,long sleeve shirt, pant's and shoes...............on a beautiful hot summer Sept day .......
I got my ladders,buckets and 2 flats.............I'm ready! 
I scope out the area look to where I'm going to start pic kin.....and see the bushes have been raided! 
Oh Man!----------- Lord you know I want to get some berry's. so I keep loooooookin..........
 I see many berry's high up out of reach----so as I lay my ladder in the bush.........
Ok Lord you know I'm a good slipper offerer........hold me steady-----
whoaaaaaaa---- nelly here she goes............the weight of my body pushes the ladder in......... and guess what ?-------"BERRY'S" lot's of berry's, big berry's----- beautiful berry's,------Plump Berry's.......................................

Ron came walking down after awhile later and helped me pick, a little more---- 
we were so blessed to take home Black berry's  and our berry "wounds"
Berry's  Berry s lots a berry's  we look forward to this time of year to pick our Black berry's, I'm just thankful their were some left!!!!!!!!
Black berry pie, black berry Jam ,black berry cobbler, black berry coffee cake, black berry over Vanilla bean Ice cream, I'm sure there's many more black berry favorites!
We are so Blessed on this Island to have the freedom to pick such  bounty, 
Thank you Jesus for providing this sweet tasty pleasure and Bounty. Apples are next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 When our Son and His Family were visiting He took these shots of this eagle, 
 When I Look at an eagle their wing span is wide,their bodies strong,very watchful of what is below them, over seeing as they sit high above, their target intentional!

But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. 
this is God's Promise,
God's Word is so beautiful,powerful active and alive, 
In these frail human bodies we get tired, beat up from life, pressing on just to keep on keepin on, trusting in the Lord is our patient expectation that our Lord Jesus Christ will fulfill His promises in His word and strengthen us to rise above life's difficulties. 
Our Lord's strength is our greatest source of strength. As I sat outside today I just looked up! Amazing how calming it is when you just look up,I stared at the clouds and just took in what a beautiful landscape the sky displayed, and blessed the Lord for His Beauty!
His redemption draws near............................Today So many are hurting, So many so sick, So many tired from the enduring  fight with disease. So many beaten down from the daily grind, My heart ached for all we know who are suffering physically,and all I could do is weep for them and lift them up before the Lord.

Tho We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair.We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed,Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.
we keep running this race with endurance,with the power of the Holy Spirit with in us,keeping our eyes on you Jesus, and no matter how great the suffering,Lord grow and develop patience,maturity and greater faith in us as we hold on tightly to your hand, help us to hear only your voice,and seek you 1st-------have you will and your way in our lives,so our final victory will be so sweet when we see you face to face.
