So sorry to hear about your friend. Death is so final this side of heaven and we feel the loss so heavily. We miss all that is familiar to us about our loved ones that have gone on to be with the Lord.
I pray all is well with you folks, I think about you often and pray for your continued healing.
blessings and love

Good morning!! It's foggy here and we're expecting snow. No worry we have all our winter wood in and we're expecting snow today or this evening. It is on the top of the hills just in back of us so ha, it will be down our way soon. Predictions are we're in for a bad winter. Russ always says, the Indians predict that! They look at the white man's wood pile and if it it huge like ours, well then it's going to be a bad winter.?
How are you guys? Hope you are having a good day, of course it is a bit early to tell huh? ha. I look at your pictures and you look so good, bless you both!!
Hunting season is still on -- be so glad when it closes, and all the bambi's can rest for the rest of the year.
I'm having fun digging into Ancient Petra, in Jordan where the Jews will flee during the last half of tribulation. Don't know about you but I get on a "kick" and don't seem to let it loose till I get to the bottom of it all or at least try to. Hope there is some wonderful thing you two are searching out or just relishing in the Word of God. I need an other life time ha, there is so much I'm just now getting!!! ha, well at least till Jesus comes I have lots to learn.
I pray your day is a good one and free of anything that would bring you worry. love you and think of you often.

If it isn't one thing it is another, my computer has just now been able to send mail again --- she'sh I hate messings with that darn thing and trying to understand instructions over the phone to fix it by the internet tech. OK quit complaining, it is working now. FINE (ha final obstinate recoiling of this whole deal) ha!!
I looked as soon as I got it fixed this afternoon to see if anything had been added to the blog and see you have not been on since Sunday. how are you doing? Is Ron ok? And you my dear, how are you? My earnest prayer is God sustains you in ways you need HIM to.
We are made up of so many, many parts that our needs are wide and deep. We can function in one fairly easily, while other's we are the perverbial basket case------of raw nerve endings. While perhaps in another our face is set like a flint sound and strong?????? As humans we are complex, with love and hate mingled almost without separation,--- with laughter and tears, in the same emotional outburst. With strength and confidence coupled with need, and frailty and so on. Anything that complicates our life we find ourselves in seemingly divided ways. What must the tangled web of micro chips of our inner being look like?? Only God our Heavenly Tech. knows and can get us back on line!!!! Bless the LORD for this!
I guess that is why Paul said when I'm weak I'm strong. When I think I'm strong look out!
I take all this into consideration for you both when I pray for you and present your faces up to God, and the trial you are enduring.
I'm to old now to live in the clouds and think life is grand on a daily basis, I know the struggle of our humaness and the fight we put up for sanity and godliness. It is our plight as Christians. But we are indeed victors, and have the ONE that understands our weaknesses and strengths, HE alone knows the real struggles we have endured and that have brought us to where we are. To God be the Glory in and through it all. So much lies under the surface of our being, our conflicted thoughts.
I love the lives of the prophets, how human they were!! The lives of the patriots, how human they were! The disciples oh my, ha, I think Jesus wanted to make sure we got the real painting of their lives so we wouldn't think just because they walked with HIM they were somehow different, he reveals their humanness-----------their at times "little faith." One time he even said, "no faith!" ha, oh me but those were only trials to take them to where HE knew they would serve in power one day and did!!
Well rambling now ha, easy to do.
Old familiar verses never get tiring only make more sense as we get older and grow in the LORD. Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all."
vs 15) The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry."
vs 17) The righeous cry out, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles."
HE looks at us as righteous, how can that be . . . but for HIS Son it couldn't be. HE looks at us through the lense of HIS heavenly telecope and only sees His Son's precious blood that has washed us white as snow, Glory to God. Because we responded to HIM when HE offered us salvation. Such love!
bless you
