It has been a rough weekend, the enemy has been on a mission, Ron and I realize more everyday that if we are not in Gods Word we are great targets for the enemy to mess with us. Ephesians 6:10-12 Finally be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.Put on the full armor of God so that you can with stand against the devils schemes. For our Struggle is not against flesh and blood ,but against the rulers,against the authorities,against the powers, of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. We have this little soon to be 15 year old Yorkie who is Blind ,going deaf,and has a hard time sleeping when we go to sleep,so this means I or Ron are up 3-5 times a night,and this means "no sleep"!
This has been going on now for more than a year! Well this is getting to us and what a better way for the enemy to use this as a tactic!!!!!! He sees the weakness and sneaks in like a thief......
I Have a very sweet Husband who is becoming very patient with me and will recognize we have a problem... I need to be Prayed over and will lay His hands on my head and ask the Father to relieve me from the sleep deprivation and give me Jesus rest, renew me a fresh in Him. V-13 Therefore put on the full armor of God,so that when the day of evil comes you may be able to stand your ground,and after you have done everything to stand,V-14 STAND FIRM THEN, with the belt of Truth. This little Yorkie Toby is Old and needs constant attention as He runs into everything if not kept in a confined area. "Do they make helments the size of a baseball"? could you get back to me on that anyone!!!!! Or a sleeping pill the size of a horse pill!!!! He's asleep right now on our bed and we are walking Zombies,what is wrong with this picture????
We thank you for your Prayers and could use your covering over this situation in that we are asking the Lord to please have His Will in this area of our Lives to make decisions.
Dad has been doing good everyday,He has an episode it seems everyday some are so mild He says he would not even count it as anything,but I am still documenting everyday activity with anything unusual.
Joy is and integral part of our Salvation,in Jesus Christ, it is an inner delight in God the Father Son and Holy Spirit, and in the Blessing that flows from our relationship with them. Even through our days of what will be, we still have this Joy that only Jesus can fill and give us,a peace that surpasses my understanding for sure, ................
James 1:2-4 Consider it pure Joy my brothers whenever you face "trials" of many kinds........because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance,perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete not lacking anything.
We are running a race, Lord Jesus Help us run this race and finish it pleasing to you. Glorifying and honoring you in every way, Forgive us for our unbelief and lack of Trust and patience, fill us more with the empowering of your Holy Spirit.

Thank you soooooooo much for letting us know Sandy. I had a feeling this was a hard week and have been praying to the end to cover you and Ron.
Goodness your Yorkie is much older than most live, that little sweetie has had a very good life for sure. My old Gretta (German Shepherd) lived 17 and that was rare for them too.
I know it is hard for Ron to have this (to him) minor spells, but like you say, they all mean something so it is good you document. Bless him and so glad you are getting your strength from each other, the LORD, the bible. That is a super combination. I also know Sandy that in our soul strength is there "all is well with my soul" but in our flesh that we have to live in/with daily----- our nervous system just does not seem to get notified! But need to say, "that is normal!" We are human and our humanness struggles. That is NO reflection on how our spiritual life is going, it just means we are out of our element, being bombarded with trials of all kinds and going through rough times. That is all it means!! Some times the tears are flowing and my heart is smiling, NUTS ha, NO, just living out what our LORD says, "in ME you will have peace but in this world you will suffer all kinds of trials, persecutions, bombardments, attacks etc." Loved your scripture and it works in all ways. We do not fight flesh and blood-------so true.
I'm just out the door to go to the Pregnancy Center and Life Skills, where I'm a volunteer once a week, but wanted to see your face before I left and was sooooooooo delighted to see you had posted a new post. I love you and pray for you daily.

How about a pic of this old man Toby? Maybe during the day you should poke him with a stick every time he wants to fall asleep...most likely he has no teeth left so he can't bite back! Little rascel!
